                    Proper Nutrition is a very important element in our life. Without good nutrition, our bodies will become more supine to poor performance, diseases and fatigues. Nutrition comes from every meal we eat. The essential source of vitamins and minerals we need daily is from vegetables and fruits. Not all vegetables and fruits are nutritious just like those non-organic planting. In many studies that have made the result the health of non-organic vegetables and fruits is far from health because they are so many elements that are not good in our bodies. Be smart and careful about buying and choosing vegetarian meals. The best thing to do is cultivate your own food.

                    The NNC  ( The National Nutrition Council ) Selected this year's nutrition month theme to be " Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin. " It means that every person must need to plant vegetables and fruits for us to gain enough nutrition. No matter where you live, you can plant a lot of there is a vacant lot that can be made into a small garden. Some of the seeds that are easy to take care are tomatoes, okra, legumes, leaves and so on. There are also many alternative if there are no vacant lot as just planting plastic bottles and pots that can be placed in the front of the window. Nowadays, It's harder to plant, you just have to do it.
